    as a keyboardist…you can’t go wrong this guy whom miles davis legendarily told erol to go listen to and figure out. perhaps nobody influenced the 70’s and early 80’s jazz fusion and smooth jazz keyboard work like this man did. you hear him in some of everybody after into the 70’s, 80’s and even now…truly one of the top 5 innovators…
